What are your postage charges?
For order values up to £2.50, goods are despatched via Royal Mail Second Class and charged at £ 1.00.
For order values up to £20.00, goods are despatched via Royal Mail Second Class and charged at £2.00
For all other orders, goods are despatched by Evri courier and charged at £ 3.50.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! Depending on your location and size of your order, standard international postage for outside the UK starts from £6.00. If you would like us to send your order via a tracked & signed for service, please contact us at countyshop@ggsw.org.uk with your order and address details for a quotation.
How are goods sent?
We use Royal Mail for our smaller value items which are sent in an envelope or cardboard backed envelope. Larger orders are sent using Evri or similar and packaged in a small box or poly bag. Tracking numbers for Evri or similar will automatically be added to your orders so you can track your parcel.
When will my item arrive?
We aim to despatch all orders within one week of ordering.
Do I have to create an account and sign in?
No you don't. You can check out as a guest. However if you do create an account and log in then you will have full access to all items in the shop.
Do you sell to depots and district based volunteer shops?
Yes we do and we are happy to offer invoicing services for depots. Please contact us to discuss what you need.
What does the shop support?
All profits from our shop goes straight back into Girlguiding Surrey West to support Girlguiding and keeps your subscription charges as low as possible.
